Planned activities

  • R1. A food education training programme is adapted and structured to be implemented in vocational education schools in the municipality of Cascais.
  • R2. Young participants understand the main concepts related to sustainable food systems – such as the Planetary Diet, One Health, carbon footprint, and the origin and seasonality of food – and recognise the role of consumers in mitigating climate change through their food choices.
  • R3. Young people demonstrate increased intention and motivation to adopt more sustainable and conscious eating behaviours, feeling empowered and valued in their ability to contribute to a more sustainable food system, both within their families and in the school context.
