Rendre la ville accessible à vélo pour tous

CSO: AFODIL
Area: Inclusive sustainable mobility
Location: Angers

Type of project

The project aims to empower socially and economically vulnerable individuals—especially women—by providing tailored cycling education, access to equipment, and long-term mobility support to foster autonomy, inclusion, and climate engagement.

A comprehensive cycling program that addresses mobility barriers among people in precarious situations by offering extended training, access to bikes and safety gear, and personalized support, while promoting intermodality and sustainable urban living.

Target (Disengaged)

Based on INSEE, ADEME, CEREMA, and academic studies; uses pre/post evaluations, mobility tracking, and feedback loops to assess impact on autonomy, safety, and climate-conscious behavior.

Science – Based

Based on INSEE, ADEME, and ESSEC impact studies. Tracks CO₂ savings, waste reduction, and social reintegration outcomes. Uses structured evaluation tools and external partnerships (e.g., Ecologic, ESSEC).

Gender
