Type of project

The project aims to increase young people’s awareness of and engagement with climate change and global education by enabling them to pose questions to leading Estonian scientists. These discussions are further disseminated through radio programmes broadcast on KUKU Radio, ensuring broader public reach.

Target (Disengaged)

Youth (also from smaller towns and rural areas) are asked to submit their questions about climate that will be addressed on radio shows.

Science-based

Scientists will be answering questions from youth.

Gender

Balance in male and female scientists.

Planned activities

• Between Jan and June 2026. 50 questions will be collected. 4 radio broadcasts will be aired.

Action model

• Climate related questions will be gathered from youth through social media and available school networks. Based on those radio shows will be aired.
