Guidol’in – mobilité durable et inclusive

CSO: A tout venant ressourceries
Area: Inclusive sustainable mobility
Location: Brive-la-Gaillarde

Type of project

Promotes access to soft mobility (bicycles, e-bikes, scooters) for vulnerable populations in Brive-la-Gaillarde through reuse, training, and awareness, while supporting social and professional inclusion.

Guidol’in supports people in mobility precarity by offering access to affordable and sustainable transport options (bike repair, rental, and training). It fosters environmental awareness and autonomy, while complementing the local public transport system operated by RATP Dev.

Target (Disengaged)

People in vulnerable situations: residents of Priority Urban Neighborhoods (PUN), youth, women, people with disabilities, migrants, and low-income individuals. The project addresses disengagement by building confidence, autonomy, and access to employment, education, and services.

Science – Based

Based on national and regional diagnostics (INSEE, ADEME, local mobility data). Tracks number of bikes reused, kilometers traveled, and social/professional integration. Uses questionnaires and attendance sheets to monitor impact.

Gender

Strong gender-sensitive approach. The project specifically encourages women’s use of bicycles by addressing barriers (e.g., safety, load carrying, route complexity). Outreach and support are tailored to increase female participation in a male-dominated mobility space.
