The project promotes access to cyclo-logistics jobs for women in precarious situations in urban areas (Paris, Nanterre, Pantin), contributing to an increase in female participation in this growing sector.
The project addresses the dual challenge of gender inequality and ecological transition by supporting women in vulnerable urban contexts who face multiple barriers to economic and social inclusion to access training and employment in the growing field of cyclo-logistics.
Target (Disengaged)
Women who face various barriers to employment, often single mothers, victims of violence, or facing housing and health issues, are engaged through tailored outreach, inclusive recruitment, and visible role models.
Science – Based
Based on national and regional data on gender disparities in cycling and employment, and the growth of the cyclo-logistics sector; includes strong indicators to measure project outcomes.
Gender
Strong gender focus, with all actions designed to reduce barriers for women and promote professional equality and a dedicated partnership with a specialized women’s engagement in cycling organization.

Action model
- Sensitize employment pathway facilitators (social workers, trainers, employment counsellors, local associations) to gender and economic issues in cyclo-logistics through dedicated tools
- Deploy inclusive recruitment tools and outreach to women through these pathway facilitators
- Train and accompany 10 women in cyclo-logistics through socio-professional support and technical training in real work situations
